Here’s my favorite “Choco PB” shake recipe to use (in this order):
1 banana
1 date
Handful of spinach (or any other veggie if you’re feeling adventurous!)
Carrot
Scoop of chocolate protein powder
Scoop of peanut butter or PB Fit powder
1-2 cups ice
Fill with water 2/3 (just below ice level)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Pro tip: If you ever can’t drink your smoothie fresh, then put it in an insulated thermo type cup/blender bottle.
