Guys, vanilla protein powder is definitely not my favorite, but mine has such a smooth taste that it’s literally my favorite that’s out there!
Here’s my favorite “almond joy” shake recipe to use (in this order):
1 banana
2 dates
Handful of spinach (or any other veggie if you’re feeling adventurous!)
Scoop of vanilla protein powder
Scoop of almond butter (or handful of almonds)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1-2 cups ice
Fill with water 2/3 (just below ice level)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Pro tip: If you ever can’t drink your smoothie fresh, then put it in an insulated thermo type cup/blender bottle.
