Here is my FAVORITE greens drink in the summer to build immunity and daily detox my body from pathogens and parasites ๐Ÿ™Œ

It's got the perfect kick of hot (and i don't do super spicy!) to fruity sweetness.

Here it is:

10 oz. Water

1 Tb Chia Seeds

3 Tb Lemon juice (I usually do a whole small one or half of a large one)

A dash of Cayenne Pepper

1 scoop Organic Superfood Greens Powder

Let sit for a few hours until the chia seeds congeal, shake before drinking, and Wha-laaa! There's your nutrition packed drink for the day with your serving of greens that is the best tasting โ€œgreens!โ€
